An interesting read...I've gotten so used to Splenda that I don't even think about it anymore. I knew a lot of sucrolose wasn't digested, but I didn't reallize that so much of it WAS digested. Maybe I should use Stevia a little bit more and Splenda a little bit less. Thanks for sharing the article!

same here, i actually got used to having no sugar in my coffee and just never using splenda or any other sweetener. However when i do have splenda i go wayyyy overboard. I need to cut back, seriously. I think this makes you more aware though.

Just skimmed it, but I saw Mercola's name.

Take him with a grain of salt. If he had it his way, we'd all live in protective bubbles.

But as with anything, I think moderation is an important concept to be mindful of.

TOTALLY agree.

Anything with his name on it just makes me think "quack."
