Typical time frame---a week

I do it when my body says ENOUGH--or when I haven't had one in quite some time

Diet--still clean...pretty consistant to what I was doing. It is only a week

Well last year=--I had been dieting for shows for 6 months...and I could start to feel my body say --STOP. That is when i took a week off.

Which even then was too long before a break.

 Was this after your shows were done? Or before? Just curious. So now when I come down you can offically slap me but then you have to show me how to properly work on my form. Deal?? (I know the pressure must suck). But that's what happens when you're the queen. :thumb:

OK. Well, regarding your clean eating,...if I stick to my plan (from Erik) is that the same thing? Or do I eat each day like my off days which entails no carbs other than the veggies?

I am so confused and don't want to be non-compliant to my plan. Suggestions?

I would say..try not to stress too much about this. I would probably eat less carbs than a normal training day but not 0.

Thanks Noel. I feel like a pain in the butt asking Erik a zillion and one questions. But I don't want to gain weight nor do I want to go backwards from the work I've done so far.

Again. Thanks.

You can ask me questions any time you want. :)

And you're not going to go backwards in a week. And you're not going to gain fat when eating in a deficit.

I am on my 9th day off! WOW haha. I did not plan to get sick, so my time off was extended quite a bit. I needed it though- my life is so scheduled and being a grad student I get quite a long vacation over christmas and it just makes me even more pumped to get back into the swing of things!
