I'm going on Vacation in 7 and a half weeks, Do you think I could see a major difference in that amount of time if I stuck to a strict diet? (ie no cheating):o

What would your 7-week goals be? You'd have to first ensure they're realistic.
Ultamate Goal - Fat Loss and keep the muscle I have. I'd like to lean out a bit to see more definition.

That isn't specific enough at all.
You need to be more specific about your 7 week goals if you want to get some feedback on if they're realistic or not.
I know I guess that isn't specific. I was also going to write in the post above, I guess that's why I'm asking because I don't know what would be realistic for 7 weeks.

Put some numbers to it.
What would you want to achieve in 7 weeks?
You could definitely make some improvements in 7 weeks.

Would a change from 22% to 17% BF in seven weeks on a 5.7 140 pound female be realistic???
I am also trying to set some goals to make me more focused.

Yeah, it's like it just started happening and my desire to train increased and I feel more positive...all good stuff.... :)
