Someone please tell me if this information I read elsewhere is accurate:

1-5 reps for strength goals

6-8 reps for strength and hypertrophy goals

9-12 reps for hypertrophy and some strength

13+ reps for ???

I would say that is about right

1-4 strength
5-8 Strength/hypertrophy
8-12 Hypertrophy
12-15 Endurance/control Development.
