Dressings:
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
8 oz. tofu
¼ cup lemon juice
1 small onion
blend in blender * with avocado tofu salad *avocado/tofu/tomatoes/cucumber
½ lemon juice
6 tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 ½ tsp. salt
mix. * with garbanzo tofu walnut salad* garbanzo beans/tofu/chopped walnuts
salad dressing* aka: Barb dressing

Tofu Mayonnaise
1 cup mashed tofu
2 ½ tbsp. light vegetable oil
2 ½ tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dijon mustard
½ tsp. salt
dash pepper

Garlic Mayonnaise
1 cup soymilk
½ cup olive oil
1 clove garlic pressed
2tsp. vinegar
1tsp. honey
¼ tsp. dired mustard
¼ tsp. salt

Creamy Tofu Herb Dressing
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. natural soy sauce
1 tbsp. safflower oil
2 tsp. brown rice miso
2 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic minced
½ tsp. powdered ginger
¼ tsp. basil
¼ tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. celery seed
pinch cayenne pepper
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
2/3 cup tofu mashed
combine all ingredients in blender except tofu.. with blender running add mashed tofu a little at a time and blend until very smooth..may add more water.

for fruits and fruit salad and salads

3 to 4 tbsp. oil
¼ cup honey
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
