I'm assuming a variation of the back row, but have never heard of them.

You place an Olympic bar in the corner of the gym and you load only one side of the bar with plates no bigger than 25lbs (to maximize ROM). Stand over the bar, straddling it, put a traditional Seated Cable Row handle under the bar, bend over pick it up and row as if you would do barbell rows.

Be careful w/ this. Try to only do them where the walls are padded. You don't want to mess up the gym walls. :finger:
I like to refer to these as Corn rows :funny: right Noel?
