Right now I am using a 321321 waveload and loving it?

What are some other examples of workable waveloads for variation?

I know 531531 or 616161 are ones I have seen. Any other ways to work a waveload?

i've done 7,5,3 i think. My favorite is the 5,3,1.

One gal on another forum was doing a different load, much higher reps down to one.. not something i'd personally want to try tho.

Heres a good article with more examples http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=579577

Thanks Ileen.

Like the 6/1/6/1/6/1 I suggested?

Here's another view on wave-loading:

I did it about 2 years ago and enjoyed it. I think it's good for building up strength in a beginner but I found all it did for me in the end was give me confidence e.g. If I could lift 130kg for 2, I could surely lift 132.5kg for 1.

Interesting article Diana. I am curious to see what others think. It seems to be working for me right now and I am not a beginner.

I do like some of the other protocols suggested. Gave me lots of ideas.

no she went WAY higher.. like 20.

Thanks D. I'd seen that article too. Waveloading definitely gave me confidence when i first did it.

I didn't check all the links, but I do know someone else that wave loaded in reverse 1,3,5,1,3,5. That is also in a T-Nation link. I think my personal preference is still 5/3/1/5/3/1.
