What benefits would this have?

Creatine is suppose to help volumize muscle, increases strength and power, provides energy to the muscles and buffers lactic acid.
More detail?
What's the difference between the Creatine Mono.....and the Creatine Ethyl..... except for obviously the taste?

CEE is a membrane permeable form of creatine that theoretically can enter the cells without having to use the "typical" creatine transporter molecules. Users are reported to gain substantial increases in strength and muscle mass, with none of the gastrointestinal discomfort or water bloating normally associated with the monohydrate form.

I have the creatine monohydrate. Is it ok to take protein powder and creatine at the same time? Like can you mix your creatine in your protein shakes?

You can take them at the same time. I've found it easier to not mix the creatine though, just put the powder in my mouth and chase it down with water. It's not the most soluble stuff.

I have only had the CEE. Now that stuff.. you do NOT want to mix with your shake. Ask lyn
I take it the same way Jaleena does.

I don't use it year-round exactly cuz I get lazy about remembering when I'm not dieting, but I use it consistently when dieting.

I have heard it makes you bloat? Is that true? Also, I heard you are supposed to "load"? Last question, is creatine more beneficial for someone advanced like you guys or does it offer any benefits for a relative newbie?

I didn't "load" it but I also didn't bloat from it either.

Neither did I as long I drank enough of water when taking creatine.

It's because you have more than 10 posts.

The 'bloating' associated with creatine will vary from person to person. I personally never experienced any bloating, and I have only ever used the creatine monohydrate. Some people do report a bit of weight gain (water weight gain, NOT fat), but I have never experienced that either.
You can load either by taking 20 grams for 5 days, or 10 grams for 10 days OR not load and just take 5 grams every day. In all cases, you will achieve saturation in the muscle... what is different is how soon you will achieve it (in the latter case - i.e. if you do not load - it will take about 20 or so days).
If you are really a newbie, I wouldn't bother with creatine just yet. Get your training and diet in order and you should see some great results from that alone

I don't load and just take the 5g every day. My muscles feel full and firm from using it and with time you will definitely see a difference in size. I think it is one of the "OK" things to add - IMHO.
Not an expert here, but I think you would want to quit creatine some time before an actual comp. Creatine seems to make me have a larger fuller look as opposed to a cut look.
Cheers,
Stefan
