Okay so I know that when grip strength becomes a concern/issue we can always use straps or grips, but what are some things I can do in addtion to the grips and straps to gain strength? It is so frustrating to me when halfway through my reps I feel my hands slipping. :ban:

You could maybe try some dedicated grip work, such as hex holds and plate pinches.

I asked Erik about this exact same thing a few days ago. I've been doing Hex Dumbbell Holds

I think training grip ranks up there with things I absolutely hate to do.

Very helpful, Lyn. Thanks! I've been having some trouble lately, too. Have your hands gotten sore from doing this? Maybe I won't be able to wash dishes! :bannana:
