Ok no more excuses for me. I am starting my program for the 2nd time....its taken me about 3 months to start again.
Anyway i am doing a program i had put together for me about 6 months ago.
The program calls for weight training 3 days a week with about 5 exercises each day. I did day 1 this morning and i was done within about 1/2 an hour, does this seem right? I just see people weight training for about an hour or more at a time.
Thanks heaps.

It will be easier to get a good answer if you post up the actual workout. Could you do that?

Thanks for the quick reply.....but i can't post the work-out as it's at home. Once i get home i'll post it but that won't be for another couple of hours yet.
That'd be great if you could look at it for me.

I'm going by memory here for ay 1.
Flat Bench Press 3 * 5, Dumbbell Rows (3 * 5)
Flat Benc Press 1*8, DB Rows 1*8
Lat Pull Down (3*10), DB Laterals (3*10)
Stabitlity Ball Cruch (3*10)
All up this took me about 30 mins.

If you're adhering to your rest intervals - which are probably a bit longer for your 5-rep sets, it will probably take you a bit longer than 30 minutes.

Great, thanks for that. I'll make sure to rest long enough between sets.
