I tried searching previous threads for the answer to this question, but no luck...
How long after training should I be having my PWO meal - minimum and maximum times if possible:) I find myself having to wait about 60-80 minutes before eating - is this too long of a wait?

Hahaha - but "right away" means I can't get home in time to have my cereal and milk! Granola bar in car is wayyyyyy less appealing:(
I hear ya though - I'll be packing it from now on.
Thanks!

Do you have a cooler that you could pack your cereal and milk in?

Yep - I'll be packing it from now on. Cereal and milk in the car seems funny to me, but I'll manage:cheat:

Why do you have the milk? I eat my cereal dry with my pp on the side. I too eat it in the car

Hey Ana
I don't HAVE to have the milk.....I just want the milk. I'd rather decrease the cereal carbs to fit in my milk carbs. I suppose I could do without it though;)

Oddly enough, I like my cereal somewhat "mushified" by the milk. On the other hand, no milk = more sugary cereal goodness (Aplha-Bits currently). Decisions.

You could also use the protein powder/protein shake as 'milk'
