Ok so after I looked at these pictures I wanted to ralph! :puke:I seriously am embarrassed that I have actually gone to the beach in this. But it needed to be done. I am also going to put these in my journal where I'll update (hopefully sooner than later)

Best of luck to you on your road. we always think the before pics are :puke: heck mine are and the first real step is to post them up for all to see and say I'm never going to look like this again.

thanks, I never though about it that way. I feel like I am so far off what I want to look like, but then again I haven't been on a program like the one I am going to be starting. So hopefully in a month or so I'll be able to put up some that are a little better
