Ingredients: 2 egg whites -- pasturized (powder equivalent beats up better)
2 tbs davinci's
3 tsp expert foods mousse mix
How To Prepare: combine first 2 ingredients. beat up until foamy (with hand blender) and while still


beating, add the mousse mix and continue beating until stiff. put in freezer for about an


hour. remove and add some davinici's on top and enjoy! NO FAT OR CARBS!

This was so good, I made it twice over the weekend!! :drool: I used pudding mix instead of the mousse mix. The first time I made it according to the quantities below. It made about 2 small-ish servings. The next time I made it was about 5 egg whites and just guessed on the rest of the quantities. It came out great both times and the second time it made about a 5 oz. serving for 3 people.
