Can you train your chest with implants and not look like a freak of nature? I want to look more feminine, so I've always been scared of training my chest since I purchased my twin outboards :)

Same as you would any other body part I would imagine
ETA I wasn't being a SA here i just don't think there is any special way to do it just because of the implants

I don't think you need to train your chest any differently than someone who doesn't have implants (unless you have exercise restrictions or the operation is recent).

I have implants as well and do all chest exercises with no problem/issue. And it hasn't affected their appearance either.
