For those of you who cannot tolerate gluten found in wheat, I found an alternative that tastes great!!!
1 -2 scoops whey protein (chocolate or vanilla)
5 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 -2 packet sweetener
cinnamon
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour pancake size dollops into heated pan, turning over once, after bubbles on top have popped.
3. When finished can add cinnamon and 1-2 TBS sugar free syrup.
