Ok so I've put all my food into thedailyplate.com including my dinner, and I still have like 500 calories to take in. Right now I am feeling full and can't imagine that I'll be hungry for at least 2 more hours. I've included the meal I plan to eat into my calories and still am ending up short.

I feel that it is ok since I am not working out today?

Any ideas? I just ate about 30 mins ago, and am feeling full. I hate the feeling of being too full, so the thought of eating right now make me wanna

You feel what is ok? Missing out on the 500 calories?

That really depends on one, your stats/weight, etc and two what your projected calories were going to be with the 500 calories in there.

Do you have those stats?

Protein shake plus some natural PB or raw nuts? That'd be an easy way to grab some extra calories.

and if the shake is too much 'bulk' turn it into pro ice cream (less volume) or protein 'pudding' (just water stirred to desired thickenss. add the pb on the side or into it.. i prefer some sliced almonds :D

5 ft 6
180

I was first thinking 1800 but was then told that 2000 cals was good.

Carbs are higher today that I usually would, so that might explain why I am feeling so full

Cals 1585
Carb 222g
Protein 82 g
Fat 43g
