Do you count your fish oil in your fat grams for the day?

Some do and some don't. I think it just depends if you think it will have an effect or not. I generally do not but I am bulking right now. Maybe when I diet I will. The important thing is to take them. :thumb:

Just started taking fish oil again. Not an issue for me unless I burp...yuck!

The ones I'm taking are 1000mg, which I'm not sure if that's the right amount either. I think mine are about 1g of fat per capsule, but I just wanted to see what others are doing. I am trying to diet. Trying being the operative word.

My mom's doctor told her friday she's taking too many fish oils. She takes 3  the ironic thing is she's had the best blood work she's had in ages and has been taken off her cholesteral medication

Why too many?

Are you asking me? My mom didn't ask why, she just told me I'm not going to stop taking them, and I said in fact you should be taking more

 no you're not, I asked the same thing and my mom ws like I dunno. I said what was her reasoning? Usually my mom is the queen of questions, but she's in a practice where she sees a lot of residents and students and doesn't like her current doc, so she just gave her the yeah, yeah and carried on.
