and it felt great! I don't know what I had been waiting for!

I wasn't really sure where to start out weight wise since it has been months since I have been in the gym lifting. But I felt pretty good about it, I'm sure tomorrow I'll be sore, but it's worth it!

:dumbbells:

Squats 3x6 @ 115
Bench Press 2x6@ 45 1x6 @65
RDL 3x6 @ 115
Barbell Row 2x6@ 65 1 x 6 @ 45

Nice workout.

Thanks! OF course I was the only female not on a cardio machine the whole time!! HAHAHAH:bunny:

I wish I had someone with me to help with my form. I think that even if I was doing it terribly wrong the trainers wouldnt tell me. I don't think the trainers even lift heavy they are all into the BOSU BALL workouts!

Most trainers don't know anything about good form, so you're not losing out on anything.

Well it cracks me up becuase I swear they look at me like "where in the hell did she learn how to do that!!!!" It's a little frustrating bc I am not sure of my form so one of my friends is coming with me tomorrow, so I hope she'll have some insight! Or at least she can film
