o.k.., so I've been using Fitday to try to track my macros. It's been working well, except that when I make a meal I'm having a hard time finding an equivalent. How do you guys figure out macros on items that don't have nutritional info?

Which items don't have nutritional info? Do you mean nutritional info on a label?

If so, you should find that info on fitday.com or on a website such as www.calorieking.com

If you go to thedailyplate.com they have a deal where you can put stuff in and make your meal and it gives you a rough idea of the macros

I use www.nutritiondata.com and love it! I am lazy about figuring out macros for different recipes though- so most times I end up "inventing" recipes with what I have in the fridge that I already know the macros for.
