So, I never really checked my heart rate with my ss cardio before. I am supposed to keep my heart rate at 140 bpm during ss. I have a heart rate monitor and my heart rate steadily increases during a 30 min ss session from 140 up to 171 bpm. Does it really matter? Can you work too hard on ss cardio or is the point just not to do intervals. I feel really strong during my run. I did keep it down to 140 bpm one time but I barely broke a sweat. So, all you fabulous experts, what do you recommend? thanks!:whistling:
