I had this combo as a snack and after eating I STILL felt very hungry, as if I hadn't eaten. Needless to say I made several bad choices to get satisfied. Is there a food combination or snack that you find EXTREMELY satisfying? Please share.

one with more protein. :)

I think for me a protein and a fat. I find that to be something that tides me over the most.

I have to say my most filling meals are chicken or lean steak for a protein with either peanut butter or almonds for my fat. And of course, throw in a few veggies :D

You could try making a HUGE salad with some protein in there (say chicken) and then add either olive oil, nuts... The veggies will add 'bulk' to your diet and help keep you full.
