Do you guys eat tortillas? If so, what kind and when?
I have to make a final judgement about these guys and I want it to be informed.

I buy La Tortilla "wraps" only 80 calories and I *think* 8 grams of protein. However they have many different sizes and "flavors" They are a little pricey but they are yummy.

:yeahthat: I've tried many low cal/carb brands, and La Tortilla is the best out there. I really love their green onion and garlic flavors. I still don't eat them that often, but when I'm in the mood for a wrap or taco, this is what I grab.

Ezekial Wraps
I've never seen these- where do you get them, Molly? I love Ezekiel bread (all varieties). :yum: And it's so healthy. :thumb:

I don't see why you couldn't eat them... as long as they fit your macros

Joseph's Lavash wraps are really good! I buy a whole wheat/low carb tortilla at Walmart. It's in the refridgerator section & they are really tasty.

Have you tried these (http://www.foodforlife.com/procart_catalog/index.cfm?ProductID=11&do=detail)? They are made by Food for Life; the Ezekial Bread people. I found them here (http://www.wellnessgrocer.com/food-for-life-tortillas-brown-rice-p-3967.html).
Or these (http://www.latortillafactory.com/jadworks/ltf/jwsuite.nsf/ViewSelection/99D817775C2C177E882572AE00769745?Open&site=Home*ViewSelection=Tortilla_Talk**mb)?
I also found this blog (http://glutenfreediscoveries.blogspot.com/2007/01/gluten-free-tortillas.html) that has a pretty easy recipe for homemade gluten-free tortillas, and this mix (http://www.allergygrocery.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=AG&Product_Code=3314) that you can use a tortilla press to make.
..yes I am way too good at searching for things..partial result of how much I love my job :runaway:

So you all incorporate them when eating clean and dropping weight too?
I have a friend that competes who said that's a no-no. I said, "No! Please, No! Not my burrito!"
