Okay, am I the only one not using an ECA stack or something similar?

My current goal is fat loss, should I be using supplements? If so, what?

No, you're not.

The EC stack is not necessary. It's more for appetite supression than anything, and I find people are already undereating more often than not as it is; and as such, should be eating more. Appetite suppression in those cases is kind of contraindicated.

I only use it for an energy boost to up my workouts. Not as a fat loss supplement.

I don't use any supplements, either. I'm neurotic enough as it is, and I suspect that most stimulants would not agree with me. I do love my coffee, though.
