Okay, here's what I had last night... it's very filling and sooo yummy...
2 c. Raspberry Ice Crystal Light (pre-mixed and chilled)
2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein
1 c. Strawberries, Whole with stems cut off
a handful of ice
Combine all ingredients in the blender. It's soo good...
It makes a full pitcher... nutrition Info depends on your Whey but with mine it looks like this:

4.5g Fat
17g Carbs (4.5g Fiber)
47g Protein
