I'll never take a PP drink as a meal replacement again - bloating yuck. I had always taken it right after a workout and no problems. I guess something different is chemically happening in the digestive system right after intense exercise then not that allows the PP drink to go through w/o issues in me.

Is it just protein? Or an MRP? And what kind is it?
I've had problems with a couple of brands doing that to me, but only if I drink it way too fast.

Ok, to tell the truth, today it was mixed with whole milk. Maybe in water there wouldn't have been a problem. I really should've had it with my w/o but I didn't get to my w/o on time and was in a rush, so I skipped my pro drink. Another lesson learned - don't dally!

I bet its the milk not the PP.
also what brand is it. I get that bloat from a casin based protein esp. muscle milk. :yucky:

It's the 7th time I've had it, the first 6 times I had no problems drinking it right after a w/o with or without using milk. Hopefully I just resume that routine and it'll be fine. I'm using EAS Premium protein.

it might just be the way your body reacted to it at this time of day. I know that I get bloated more at night no mater what I eat chicken, beef, fish or PP if I havn't had enough water during the day.
