Eggs at my desk

This morning I nuked some egg whites in a bowl with a little chopped onion then wrapped them up in plastic wrap and brought them to work with me. I just threw in a peice of ww bread into the toaster(I rarely eat even one slice of the stuff so this is a big treat for me), nuked the egg whites and sprinkles with s&p. Delish!

Now that I know the "egg white frisbee" I make travels well, I will be having a lot more eggs at work. :banana:
