Protein Brownies
(By: Leigh-anne)
1 cup oats
3 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup water (may need more or less)
3 T natty PB
1 t vanilla extract
Splenda to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Cook the oats until done. Stir in protein powder and add in enough water so the consistency becomes like cake batter. Then stir in PB, vanilla, and splenda until evenly mixed. Spray 8x8 baking dish with Pam and put batter in. Bake for about 20 minutes.
"It was like a cake when I took it out, I cut into 4 squares and they came out just like brownies! Mmmmm.
I'm thinking now if I had some cocoa powder that would be good to make it more chocolatey. You can definitely play around with the ingredients. The PB isn't necessary, either, if you want lower fat. I put low sugar raspberry jam on top and it was delish."
