Have any of you tried it? Tastes just like butter and on a sweet potato, it's the bomb. My only hang up is that anything with zero calories and tastes that good can't be healthy. Liquid soybean oil can't be good.

Maybe it's not really cal free. :wigging:

It's most definitely not calorie free, but they can claim it is, because the miniscule number of squirts they call a serving is low enough in calories to fall under whatever guidelines the government sets for calling something calorie free or fat free.

The problem is, who uses so few squirts? I know I don't when I use a similar product.

I use it too. Tastes good on my veggies or I'll even squirt a little on my oatmeal :yum:

I use Parkay butter spray. I've tried the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, but I just like the Parkay bottle better.

I'm always careful about how much I use. Definitely pay attention to the serving size. Some people think they can drink the whole bottle and it still be 0 cals!

Give me butter or olive oil any day. Those oils are nearly all the lowest grade quality stuff I'm not going to touch myself.

I've tried to come up with something similar though, by using a special spray bottle, that you can fill yourself with oil. If only it would really give a nice spray.

i have one. They are called misters. Most of the time they work well but often clog.

And how can you unclog them? Just rinse with water & soap?

I wished it worked better than it does.

Honestly, I don't know why anyone would use a fake butter instead of the real thing.

Regular butter might not fit into peoples plan. I know it doesn't fit into mine and will occasionally use the spray.

It's just that I've read soybean oil isn't healthy to consume.

In such small amount? It is not like you are eating the stuff by the bottle (or shouldn't be at least).
