This is a testimonial:
I started HIIT in March. My cardiovascular endurance has always sucked. At the time one of my goals was to be able to run 20 min nonstop, at a 6 mph pace. I could only do intervals when I jogged - I would get winded after about 2 mins tops.
Last week I performed an endurance fitness test based on HR and V02 max, and my #'s ranked me at the highest score: Elite.
Yesterday I did a Navy endurance test of a timed 1.5 mile run - my time was 12 min with an ending HR of 158 - and 'outstanding' score. Oh, and I didn't even break a sweat. Could have gone twice that distance!
Thank you! I would not have discovered HIIT without the stickies!
