Does a person normally feel fatigued when they are dieting? I've been having trouble feeling tired despite getting plenty of rest.

Why do you think I take so many stimulants?

Why do you think I take so many stimulants?
Not because you're tired.

Why do you think I take so many stimulants? So you're saying I need stimulants? How pot just drinking coffee? :)
At some point during a diet, you're going to feel a bit fatigued. Maybe you need to lower your volume, or take a break from dieting even.

At some point during a diet, you're going to feel a bit fatigued Thanks for answering. I just wanted to know if that was normal. I have two more weeks after this week of my plan and I intend on taking a week off from lifting and dieting. :)

OMG without them I couldn't get through the day....
I could sleep in the middle of the freeway; I am so tired by 4pm.

Often I feel very weak at the gym.
I try to go to the gym about 45 minutes after a protein + carb meal.
Any advice?
(I'm very sensitive to caffeine - I just lose my sleep.)

Maybe you've been dieting for too long.
Take a break from it maybe? Experts, thoughts?
