Smart or not when doing 2 HIITs, 2 ss, and 3 training days. This is at ~24% bf. Thoughts?

Refeeds? Lower body fat, yes. Basically when performance (which doesn't necessarily have to mean just less weights) starts to drop, progress stalls, and things like that.
I mean, someone could do a small 5-6 hour refeed if they wanted - it's not really going to do much for 'refeed purposes', but could help with overall dietary compliance, since you can have more carbs, even some fun ones at that, it fills out glycogen stores a bit, etc. But it's not going to do much for leptin upregulation.

Yes. Or do so with one controlled cheat/week for sanity reasons. Assuming you can control it.
