My diet has gone completely crazy lately (one day not enough food another day waaaay too much food), so I set this up and was hoping you could critique it for me.

I'm 5'0, 122lb (not sure on the body fat
The goal is fat loss.

I eat some unusual things so I "*" them. Look at the bottom for their description.

10:00 (I have to take a bunch of suppliments 1st thing in the morning and they have to be 30 min apart, this is why breakfast is so late)
1/2c rolled kamut *
1T rice protein*
1/4c goat's yogurt*
1T flaxseed
Cals:271 P:22 C:35 F:6 fiber: 6 sugar: 3

1:00
1/2c quinoa or brown rice, or buckwheat
4oz chicken (measured raw)
1T olive oil
2 T tamari
veggies (onion, carrots, pepper, broccoli, zucchini)
cals: 332 P: 32 C:35 F:7 fiber:6 sugar: 3

4:00
1/2c quinoa or brown rice, or buckwheat
1/2c goat's yogurt*
1T rice protein
cals: cals: 315 P:25 C:35 F:9 Fiber: 2 sugar: 9

WORKOUT HERE

7:00
1/2c sweet potatoe
4 oz salmon or chicken or white fish (1tsp fish oil added with fish or chicken)
veggies
1/4c tomato sauce
cals:357 P:28 C:42 F:8 fiber:8 sugar: 12

Total:
cals: 1280
P:106
C:147
F:29
fiber:22
sugar:28

And I also have to take suppliments before bed, 30 min apart on an empty stomach. So I can't eat anything after about 8:30.

* 1/2c rolled kamut - just like rolled oats, has the same cals, P/C/F/fiber too
* 1T rice protein - cals: 58 P:12 C:2 F:0.7
* 1/4c goat's yogurt - cals: 33 P:2 C:2.5 F:1.5 fiber: 0 sugar: 2
* 1/2c goat's yogurt - cals: 66 P:4 C:2.5 F:3 fiber: 0 sugar: 4

Thank you!

I can see why you eat more one day and then less the next, calories are too low overall with that plan.

I would say up your protein.
are you allergic to eggs? dairy? (ie cottage cheese). Slightly up your amount in each meal.

have you looked into carb cycling? This could be a great option for you, varying amounts eaten each day.

I wake up at 7 or 8, but I can't eat any earlier than 9 because I have to take suppliments, each 30 min apart. and at 9 I'm usuall on my way to work.

Looks good to me but I agree you need to eat more protein and total calories. Try upping the P in each meal like Jen suggested.

They're not fitness related at all. It's all for health issues. PM me if you still want to know :)
