While both metabolic/fatigue oriented training (volume training for hypertrophy) and neural intensive strength training (less volume, higher intensity) both require optimal nutrition, sleep, and lack of external stress for progress, would the following assertions be true?
- Recovery from fatigue/volume training is more dependent on nutrition
- Recovery from strength training is more dependent on lack of external stress and sleep
