How long should you stay on maintenance calories? Thunder you suggested I up my intake to maintenance levels as I was eating at a deficate for a long time.

Just wondering if I should be dropping soon, it's been about 3 weeks now. And I'm kinda wanting to be leaner for the end of July. (going on a Lake holiday for a week).

I think three weeks should be enough time. How do you feel?

I feel great. That icky bloated feeling went away. Not hungry ever, feeling strong and full of energy. Gained a little weight from my weekend in Vegas, but it's dropping pretty quick now that I'm not having margaritas all day.

Excited to get started on leaning down to show off some of this muscle I have.

What's the next step?

Eating at a deficate? How much fiber was involved?
