What kind do you or have you used that you liked or didn't like and WHY?
Did they help with energy, appetite suppression or both? Excluding ephedra.

Lypoleze, Somaleze, Xantrex, Ventolean,....... any thoughts?

I like redline. It gives loads of energy on the days I just don't feel like moving.

Do you take it by itself or in conjuction with something else? I have heard good things about it.

What aspects of ehpedra are you trying to avoid? That may help us know what to suggest to ya. :)

Topical? Are you using the Vyotech Ab-Solution? Or something els?

Me, no fat burners ......oh I guess caffeine/coffee, taking fish oil is a fat burner, but a brand or chemical? Nope, makes me have unpleasant side effects. I do take green tea capsules, more for antioxidant properties, but hey, if it also happens to burn a little more cals, that's fine by me.

Have tried 7-keto, did nothing, chromium, no noticeable diff, CLA, stuff like that.

do you really think these things work?

edit: Besides giving you a boost...I mean...caffeine seems to do this...

I actually LOVE ephedra. I was just looking for something different. I just wanted to know what your thoughts were.

Caffeine pills don't give me a boost anymore....I need something new for a boost.

I've heard really good things about Cytolean, but I haven't tried it. I've ordered a free sample though, so I'll see how it makes me feel. You can get your own free sample at http://www.getcytolean.com/.

I probably wouldn't buy the stuff even if it was effective though because E/C always does the trick for me (as far as giving me energy and suppressing my appetite, with possibly a mild thermogenic response).
