Is this weird/normal?

SInce I've been eating clean, my hubby says I have a weird scent coming from my body, not necessarily my breath but my pores. He says I smell like a pine tree...??!! Anyone else have this? I also wake up in the morning with a weird taste in my mouth :oops: :blink: :confused:

My DH is having a similar issue. Personally, I think it's because DH isn't getting enough carb and that it's ketosis for him. Are you consuming enough carbs?

Seriously, though, it might be ketosis if you're not getting enough carbs.

I'm on T's program so as far as getting enough carbs, I'm sure he has me eating enough of them. I did think maybe it was ketosis but wasn't sure?! And no, I hate gin.

I had the same thing, Melissa. No one told me I smelled differently, but I could smell it, and I always had a bad taste in my mouth.

SO I just noticed on my fish oil supp. bottle that it contains garlic??!! Considering the amout I take each day wonder if this is the cause?
