Anybody have a good demo on how to do these exercises??
The first one is on the Exercise Demos page.
I googled those and came up with a few videos.

I looked on You tube...the reverse hyper one, I am not sure how I am going to manage that at my gym :scratch: Looks like you need some sort of platform to lie on with legs hanging down...

Put a ball on the bench. Lie on the ball. Hold the bench for stability. Put a ball between your feet - execute.

I think I would fall off the bench. Can't you just put the ball on the floor?
And how do you get the ball between your feet? :lol3:

Picking up a ball between you feet is pretty simple. Just stand over it and grip with your feet before you pull your legs off of the floor.

I guess I am just thinking if I am balancing on a bench with a ball under me. How do my hands pick up the other ball and put it between my feet?
Maybe I am not picturing this right.

You don't use your hands to put the ball between your feet. You use you feet to get it there.
