Sooooooo......I'm coming off of a lot of stuff that I've become accustomed to (e/c, clen, *cough* dnp *cough*, gear....and believe it or not, a couple of other things). The gear, I don't intend to add back in at any point, but the stims, I do. I've not taken e/c in any sig. amount in the last 3 months. I'm considering two things:
1. cut all stims, but caffeine, and introduce them back in later
2. cut back more on stims, but keep them going for now
My goal is to b/c not so dependent on them, but still be able to utilize them in moderation.
What do you all think would be wisest?

Yes, the others I'm stopping totally.
Drop the clen entirely.
Taper off the EC if you are concerned. E coming out first.
You do need time OFF everything.

Thanks, Erik. How long is "time off everything"? I'm not concerned about how long I need to stay off. I just want to know how long I should give my body. I'm not experiencing and 'visible/outward' negative effects, so how can I know how long my body would need to not only clear itself, but also just give my body rest. Would 2 mos. be long enough, you think?
When you say drop the clen entirely, do you mean forever, or w/o tapering?
With a fast metabolism, I would think 2 months would be more than plenty.

I've always been taught that if you're running something say 8 weeks, stay clean double that amount of time.
Myself, the only time anything is run is contest preps only. Otherwise nadda a thing, usually not even fat burners either. That way when I utilize them, I get the most benefits from them as my body is not use to them.

That's a rule of thumb, but the elimination rates of anything depends of the chemical structure of the substance. Some things stay in the body for hours, other things last for months or years.
