Berardi - for the most part a collection of his articles that have been published. Some have found it useful, others not so much. If you've read what he's published, you'll have a good idea of what's in there. I do believe it comes with Gourmet Nutrition though, which is a great recipe book.
Lyle's book - basic PSMF set up.
Not sure if you were comparing these or looking for opinions on both though. They're not comparable though. Two completely different things.

Thanks. Just looking for basic opinions
So, With Berardi's if you have read all of his articles , it would be not worth getting?
The rapid fat loss I was just wondering if it was safe? Would you recommend it for someone who needs a quick fix?

I believe I've read from people who've followed his writings, that it was not worth it. But I guess that depends on the person's knowledge base.
It's safe if done for a short term and done properly (ie, following his recommendations). I personally don't like the mentality that goes into looking for 'quick fixes' mind you, but that's got nothing to do with the diet. He's set it up well.
