Hey just curious for those of you that carb cycle, on high days do you add carbs too all 5-6 meals or do you schedule them all into the first 3-4 thats so many carbs! almost 100 per meal!! just totally curious and do you eat fruit later in the day?

Depends on what my macros are. And you can eat fruit at night...sure. On my training days right now I have carbs in 5 of my 6 meals and they aren't even high days :)

Preference really.
When I put them together I tend to do it over more meals as some people just can find it to be too much carbs/meal if you try to do it in only three meals.
I'd go 5 or 6.

hmm ok just a thought like maybe it would help to get leaner quicker for some but i guess it doesnt matter its a high day after all, thats what low days are for..

Nah, it won't make a difference in fat loss (the carbs in 3 vs 5 meals). End of day totals are what you need to be primarily concerned with.
