Implantation spotting

Just wondering how common this is.... and I'm sure some women had it and didn't notice.
I've had 2 failed implantations (technically early miscarriages, but I don't like to call them that) and each time I had bright red implantation spotting about 4-5 days post-ovulation. Have it again this cycle, so it's either 1) HIIT induced spotting (which is unlikely since I've been doing it for months with no spotting), or 2)implantation spotting - which in that case I hope to God it doesn't fail again.

I had implantation bleeding with most if not all of my pregnancies. It was only very light spotting. Keep us updated! I'm sending some positive pregnancy vibes your way! :)

I had spotting at about 8 weeks. My doctor said it was implantation spotting but that seemed to late to me. Anyway, everything worked out okay in my case.

I did IVF with my 4 children and with my first preg I had spotting for 6 months, they could never figure out why, it was so stressfull, but everything turned out great.
