For the Canadians here, do you buy your protein powder locally or online? If the latter, where?

Is it cheaper to buy from the US (say bodybuilding.com) with the shipping than it is to buy locally?

 I usually buy from GNC because I'm impatient. When I want something new I want it YESTERDAY. I know I get ripped off

I have ordered from SND before. But never from the states. I'm not really a "deal seeker" although I should be now that I'm a single income

When I was in Hamilton, buying PVL at GNC there was a lot more expensive than in the US. I bought some PVL locally and shipped it to Ana from the US and it STILL cost less.

After researching ground shipping prices to Canada the other day, I'd say you'd be better off buying locally

ETA - how insane is the pricing around there?

Locally at GNC (so I can return what I don't like) and one brand at a health food store.

I'm running out of the protein I brought from the UK, and I'm in a big dilemma... where to buy from, online, locally? Should I try sth new etc...
The variety, in Greece, is extremely limited and the prices high...
Plus women don't use these kind of things!!! It's a taboo! :suicide:
Any suggestions?

Locally at Popeye's, GNC if I am desperate or online at www.supplementscanada.com or www.bb.com.

I go to popeye's or sometimes GNC because it's convenient. Although i did just recently purchase some on bb.com but i hate the waiting....
