Hey everyone! I'm a noob and have a question. I'd appreciate any guidance you can give me. :clap:

What and when should a person eat before a workout session?

What and when should a person eat after a workout session?

Snacks and Meals. A little confused.

Does what you eat change when it comes to non lifting vs lifting days?

Yes I don't have PWO meals on non lifting and I get 200 calories up to 40g carbs.

My ideas are mini cheddar rice cakes, cereal (especially choc lucky charms), raisin nut bread, 2 healthy choice fudge bars, 1 skinny cow sammich plus tiny more something,

There is thread up above for PWO ideas.

You want to eat a slow burning carb before like russett potato or brown rice etc.

Pre w/o, I prefer to have slower digesting carbs w/ some protien (maybe a tiny bit of fat). PWO it's mostly fast digeting carbs and whey for me. When I get to a certain point in dieting, I like slower carbs pwo just for hunger's sake. :)
