yeah if you want you can get 2 of them or 1 of them and then 1.5 pieces raisin nut bread so you cover bread cravings, choc cravings and salt cravings :hehe:

Good thinking! I was thinking of doing a mini choc bar w/ cheese rice cakes, but your idea sounds more yum!

My fave PWO chocolate eats are:
-mini chocolate rice cakes
-Quaker Chocolate Granola Bites (100 cal pk)
-Kudos "Snickers" bar (it's a small granola-type bar with Snickers pieces in it and chocolate coating on the bottom)
-Little Debbie's Fudge Brownie Bites (100 cal pk)
-Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookie Bites (100 cal pk)
The last a little higher in fat (3.5 g or so)- you have to add something ff and high-carb.

ETA those damn mini bagels are staring at me but I just can't seem to think 2 mini bagels are worth it but maybe with the WF spread I got :scratch:

At Sam's I picked up a container of Biscotti which is 150 calories. They have three flavors all lined with chocolate: Turtle, Chocolate, Chocolate/Vanilla mix. There are 24 sticks in each container.

Then if I need to top off my chocolate with more chocolate I have a single packet of Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate (FF French Vanilla) 50 calories. :muahaha:

I tried to find biscotti but they had 5-6 g of fat and too few carbs (13 or so) for the cals. :(

I am wanting more calories for my PWO carbs!! Will have to wait until I am once again eating for maintenance.
