Is this all one supp or seperate? What is your mom trying to achieve; what are her goals?

no these aren't for my mom--she gave them to me and my goals are weight loss

it's one pill- take 30 min before meal (3 pills per day)

I dont' really believe in the whole pill thingy-but since a drug rep gave them to her, I'm just wondering if they are any good

I can't really see these working. As far as I know, there is nothing in there that really does much.

It is basically a stimulant relying mostly on the caffeine in Green Tea. If you google some of the other ingredients you will find that there is conflicting evidence as to whether or not they work for weight loss. Some say yes some say no. As for safety, as long as you have no health conditions it is fairly safe.

I tried a similar product years ago, and found it just made me extremely jittery (and I am a major coffee drinker). I might have looked something like this  I got better results through solid nutrition and training. I might try it again if I was having trouble leaning out for a comp or something though.
