When does this become appropriate to utilize?

Is this something you can turn to early on in the stage to speed results or something that you only turn to when going from say 19-17% as an example.

At 22% is it worthwhile???

As a side note - I am not looking to discuss the right or wrongness of using it

I use it when my fat loss ceases. Then cycle off for a bit.

Usually I'll lose a few pounds or so when I cycle off, but once that slows or stops I start the stack again. I don't really take it if I can lose pounds w/o it. I'd rather save my money.

My understanding of E/C, it can be used to assist at any level. From obese to just trying to lose a few pounds. Provided you are in good health and use it appropriately. B)

There are some thermogenic properties to it, but it's really more for anoretic (appetite suppressant) effects than anything.

Of course, ephedrine can also help with the suppression that occurs within the sympathetic nervous system when you're on low calories.

What does this mean? What kind of suppression are you talking about? Don't mind me I always ask why. I'm like a 4 year old :D

I always used it in the past for the last 5-7 pounds to lose once I plateaued, always seemed to do the trick.

Did you eat less or because of it, or did you keep your diet the same and it helped with the last few pounds?
