:yayconfetti:ON PLAN SUSHI ROLL :yayconfetti:

We like rice in our house :D And we LOVE sushi. This is a great way to have sushi in your everyday plan. I have sometimes put my protein in my roll (chicken, fish, etc.) But I am all about volume, so I would rather make a veggie roll and eat my protein separately

We used:
130g of rice (you can use the amount you desire)
1/2 Tbsp (actually less) Rice wine vinegar
1 Seaweed sheet cut in half

Optional:
soysauce
wasabi

I am not a great cook...trust me

Oh I do hope you like it!!

I first started by making them with the seaweed on the outside. They are much easier to roll that way. Then as I got better I started the reverse roll.

Didn't know if seaweed would be in marcos so I didn't know if it could be leftout.

2 Full sheets = 10cals

1 sushi roll took 1/2 of a sheet. So about 2.5 calories. I hope I burned it off prepping the stuff

No they are dry and paper thin. Some places sell them already cut the size we had in the video. If they don't just cut it in half. :thumb:

Use lettuce leaves?

I'd think the seaweed would count as a free veggie, no? If not, i'll take a broccoli leaf out later!

I'm a sushi addict, so I HAVE to find ways to stay on plan and eat my sushi too, otherwise I'd cheat everynight!

This is great!

I've actually made the sushi rice with cauliflower for a low carb meal, and sometimes I just roll some tuna and veggies in the nori.

Sushi is the best thing EVER!!!
