this is so low-carb, low-cal,yummy, and easy
1-take a slice of ham or turkey and line a muffin tin with it. some will fall over the sides, that's fine.
2-put in thawed chopped spinach
3-top with one egg/egg whites/egg product
4-bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees (time depends on how firm or runny you like your egg)
