1/2 lb. browned pork sausage
1/2 c. water mixed with 1/2 c heavy cream
1 T Arrowroot to thicken
Salt and pepper to taste

Melted 3 T butter, mixed in arrowroot. Then added milk/cream mixture and whisked until thick. Added browned pork sausage.

Biscuits

1 egg, beaten slightly
1/4 C arrowroot
1/4 C flax (ground fine in coffee mill)
1/4 C walnuts (ground fine in coffee mill)
2 tsp. baking powder
small amount of cream (I didn't measure)
pinch of salt

Baked in muffin tins for approximately 12 mins. (it made 4)
