Normally I do my cadio in the morning and weight training at night. However, sometimes I have to do them back to back in the evening. I always start with weight training first, then my cardio. The post workout window is so important to get your PWO meal in, but my question is this: Should I take my PWO meal after weight training:weightlift2:, and then do my cardio :treadmill:? Or should I do weights, cardio, and then PWO meal? I just don't want to miss this crucial muscle building window... My thanks!!!

Thanks:D... I was on the right track then! Consuming a PWO and then trying to burn it off really didn't make since anyway..... Just wanted to be sure!
